I lucked out when Kaylie Miller responded to my inquiry about a property I ended up purchasing. Since I live out of town by 200 miles or so, I had special needs beyond simply showing me the townhome, and she came through in every way. Kaylie is everything one wants in dealing with a real estate transaction: she's done her homework and has the information, communicates clearly and warmly, let me lead and didn't get in the way, no pressure whatsoever, researched anything she couldn't answer on the spot (and got back to me quickly), etc. I felt like I was her only client, and only later learned she was helping a number of others as well. Kaylie is an outstanding realtor. My father purchased a townhome with Kaylie as his buyer's agent. This was an emotional purchase for my dad, as he's 83 and recently lost his wife, my mom. The townhome is in Fort Collins and my dad has lived in Steamboat with my mom for the past 56 years, so for him to make this huge life change and start his life over somewhere far away where he knows no one, was a heavy lift. Kaylie not only treated my father with an enormous amount of kindness and respect, her huge heart was what really rose to the top. She has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in place and working for my dad, even going so far as to check on the townhome while it's vacant before my dad moves in and offering to help us with the legistics of finding a tenant for the first few months. She sends us personal, kind texts checking on us. She honestly feels like family. She's knowledgeable, professional, dependable, responsive, kind, and mostly, one of the best humans we've come into contact with.
